Nurses 24/7 is looking for a financially motivated and result oriented Professional Healthcare Recruiter to join our Wayne, NJ Headquarters!

  • This is a full-time position M-F, no weekends and most major holidays off.
  • Must be within a 45-to 1 hour commute to Wayne, NJ
  • Competitive base plus aggressive, unlimited commission plan.

  • We are are looking for aggressive, money driven professionals who will take full advantage of our lucrative commission plan.
  • Various recruitment tactics will be utilized, such as, direct dialing, call fire (predictive dialing), targeted blast calls, targeted blast emails and text messaging, resume database scrubbing, referral networking, social media and much more.
  • Candidates must be comfortable making calls (roughly 80/day).
  • Candidates must be articulate and possess good writing skills.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms a plus!
  • Knowledge and experience in healthcare a plus!
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree required
  • 2 Professional references required

Full Job Description
Nurses 24/7 is seeking for a Junior HR coordinator for its Wayne NJ Head Quarters.

Your role will:
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR/Onboarding department
  • Execute pre-employment requirements of healthcare professional.
  • Ensures the timely completion through consistent follow-up.
  • Review professionals' information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify, manage, and safeguard the professionals' profiles.
  • Submitting complete profiles to clients
  • Data import and navigate through various software platforms.
  • Assist with in-person and/or electronic audits.

Your qualifications:
  • HR/Onboarding experience in healthcare setup preferred but not mandatory.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and accurate
  • Problem solving and reasoning skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Previous customer service and/or phone experience
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use company database.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
