Full Job Description
Nurses 24/7 is seeking for a Junior HR coordinator for its Wayne NJ Head Quarters.

Your role will:
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR/Onboarding department
  • Execute pre-employment requirements of healthcare professional.
  • Ensures the timely completion through consistent follow-up.
  • Review professionals' information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify, manage, and safeguard the professionals' profiles.
  • Submitting complete profiles to clients
  • Data import and navigate through various software platforms.
  • Assist with in-person and/or electronic audits.

Your qualifications:
  • HR/Onboarding experience in healthcare setup preferred but not mandatory.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and accurate
  • Problem solving and reasoning skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Previous customer service and/or phone experience
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use company database.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
